The location is perfect for walking to nearby attractions. Street noise was quite loud, especially at night. The staff was friendly and helpful, but parking was a bit confusing. I appreciated the clean room and comfortable bed.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Encountered loud noise from the street late at night. Proximity to events is a big plus.

The hotel is just a short walk from some fantastic restaurants and attractions, including the Spectrum Center just a 5-minute stroll away and the Bank of America Stadium less than 2 km from the door, which made it so easy for us to enjoy a weekend of exploring without needing a car; we really loved how friendly and helpful the staff were, which added to the overall great experience of our stay, but the noise from the street at night could use some improvement.

Great spot for families! Super close to the concert venue — just a 3 min walk.
It was a bit pricey, but worth it.

The staff went above and beyond during a challenging time, making us feel like VIPs! Clean, spacious rooms and a HUGE TV made our stay super cozy. Plus, the bar stayed open late after my concert—perfect for a nightcap!
Would recommend! ❤️✨

The staff greets you like family.
But sleeping wasn’t easy with all the city chaos outside.

I was really frustrated with the parking situation - it felt like a hidden fee. Plus, when we returned from the game, our room hadn't been cleaned yet. Waiting in the lobby was a huge letdown after a long day.

The valet service was exceptional—super friendly and attentive, setting a great tone right away. Check-in was quick, and our room was spacious and clean, but the noise from the street was disruptive, even on the 7th floor. I loved the location, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants, and my wife can't stop raving about the chicken and waffles from Forchetta. the shower had inconsistent water temperature, and there was a palmetto bug that left a sour note. The staff was generally helpful, but some issues felt overlooked and needed better attention.

The room was spacious and the linens felt high-quality. The huge TV had a great selection of entertainment, perfect for downtime. The shower was impressive, large, and refreshing. noise was an issue; sounds from a nearby club made it hard to sleep, and the HVAC system added to the disturbance. I appreciated the cleanliness and the friendly staff but struggled with the loud environment, which is unusual for hotel stays. There was no shower gel in the dispenser, and the parking fee was unexpected. The convenient location was a plus, easy to walk to venues, despite some nearby dining options.

I appreciated having ironing facilities available, and the bed was super comfortable. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a definite plus, and I was glad to have a flat-screen TV for some downtime. there were a few things that didn't quite meet my expectations. the heating and air conditioning system seemed a bit outdated and not very efficient. I also found the curtains in the room to be a bit worn out and could have used replacing. On the bright side, the staff was friendly, and the complimentary welcome drink was a nice touch. I did miss having a sitting area in the room to relax in, and the lack of soundproofing meant I could hear noise from outside quite clearly. it would have been helpful to have more free toiletries provided, and the absence of tea and coffee facilities in the room was a bit disappointing, especially for the price I paid for the stay. Lastly, the dry cleaning service was quite pricey, which was unexpected.

Great location. Easily accessible to the music festival and various restaurants. The friendly staff ensured a seamless check-in process, and the cleanliness of the room was commendable. The beds, while comfy, were a bit too firm for my liking, exacerbating my back pain. significant disturbances marred the experience. Noise from street racing persisted until the early hours, making sleep nearly impossible. The lack of police presence is troubling. Renovations weren’t communicated, leading to disappointment over the pool closure. Sticky bathroom floors and stains on the bedspread didn't help either. Improvements in communication and room amenities, like USB ports, would enhance the overall experience.

Spent Christmas in Uptown with convenient location near Spectrum Center & great dining options. Staff gave helpful recommendations. Clean rooms with comfy beds, ample amenities, and efficient check-in. Friendly valet service, easy walk to Bank of America Stadium, and excellent chicken & waffles from the chef - wife loved them!
Sunday breakfast service; felt like a burden.

I felt like royalty with the fancy event space and Italian eatery. The plush mattresses were heavenly, and the hotel's central location was super convenient. I even had a blast exploring the city's cool neighborhood!
Forgot my earplugs for the midnight serenade from the next room.

The rooms were comfy and showers were good. The valet and front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel's location was fantastic, within a short walk to Bank of America Stadium and various city attractions.
From start to finish, it was a mess. Check-in issues, no internet, being locked out of the room, and a chaotic breakfast experience.

The Spectrum Center, where we caught a thrilling Charlotte Hornets game, was just a short walk from the hotel. The convenience made it a breeze to enjoy the NBA action with the family.
My kids wished for a more extensive children's menu at the hotel restaurant.

Walking distance to the Spectrum Center means catching epic NBA games or concerts was a breeze. Plus, we were so close to Bank of America Stadium where we went wild cheering for our teams - it was a total dream weekend for us sports fans!
We wished there was a happening rooftop bar for us to continue the party vibes after the game nights.

the hotel's location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly attentive and responsive to my needs. the rooms were clean, and the check-in process was smooth. the front desk staff were friendly and provided great recommendations for places to eat and watch the game. the hotel is centrally located to many attractions in the area.
Nothing to complain about at all 😊
