The location was great, easy access to the convention center and downtown attractions. the room design was modern and comfortable, loved the Italian eatery Forchetta on-site. the staff was very helpful, especially the manager who went above and beyond during a stressful moment. Chef Luca personally made us a to-go breakfast, a thoughtful gesture. the proximity to Bank of America Stadium and NASCAR Hall of Fame is perfect for sports fans. Overall, a fantastic stay with great amenities and exceptional service. Would definitely recommend!
